Airline Affairs Industry Committee

The Airline Affairs Committee was chaired by Pat Mitchell of Boeing and John Craig of Airbus and attended by 13 members. Among the many items discussed were digital loading systems, airline in-service weight growth, the need for a standard on aircraft weighing and guidance, pertinent regulations, calibrations of equipment, and directions for the future. A working group was established to work on guidelines for weighing and a potential new RP on the subject.
