The SAWE Is Now ANSI Accredited

The Society of Allied Weight Engineers is very pleased to announce that it is now an Accredited Standards Developer (ASD) as administered by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). We were officially provided that status in July 2014. This means that our society can create standards which will be distributed as ANSI/SAWE Standards. As ANSI is a member body of the International Standards Organization (ISO), SAWE Standards can also be considered for ISO accreditation during their development process.
