We were saddened to learn of the passing of Charles "Charlie" Robert Wanker, 93, of Bridgeport, West Virginia, who passed away March 16, 2014. He was born on July 1, 1920, in Brooklyn, New York. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, who passed away in 2004. He is survived by his son, three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one sister. He was a member of SAWE and, over the years, attended many International Conferences as well as authored a technical paper.
