Behandlung und Recycling von streichfarbenhaltigem Wasser im Werk der finnischen Stora Enso Oyj, Oulu

An important part of the realization of the environmental protection targets in Stora Enso, Dulu Mill, was to invest in a system for coating color effluent treatment and recycling. The chosen process, OptiCycle, was supplied by Valmet-Raisio Oy. According to the operational experience gained in Oulu, the process has proved to be reliable and to require little manual maintenance. Also the operational costs have been low. The recycled coating color has no effect on the quality of the coating color, on the quality of the coated or printed paper or on the runn-ability of the coating machine. The pay back time of the OptiCycle process turned out to be short thanks to the value of recycled chemicals.%Ein wichtiger Teil der Realisierung der gesetzten Umweltschutzziele des Werkes Stora Enso in Oulu ist die Investition in das von Valmet-Raisio gelieferte Behandlungs- und Recyclingssystem von streichfarbenhaltigem Wasser. Aufgrund der Erfahrungen in Oulu hat sich der OptiCycle-Prozeß als betriebssicher gezeigt Außerdem erfordert der Prozeß sehr wenig Instandhaltung und hat geringe Betriebskosten. Das Recycling der Streichchemikalien hat keinen Einfluß auf die Qualität des Papiers und auf die Runnability der Streichmaschine. Es hat sich erwiesen, daß die Amortisationszeit des OptiCycle-Prozesses Dank des Recycling von kostbaren Streichchemikalien kurz ist.
