Finland's leading water chemicals company, Kemira, is to combine with the country's Technical Research Centre,VTT, to establish a national Centre of Water Efficiency Excellence.rnAnnounced during March, the new centre will invest around €120 million in research activities over the coming four years and will employ around 200 people annually.
