IWA membership survey guides implementation of strategic plan

The International Water Association has recently conducted a series of surveys amongst its membership regarding the IWA Strategic Plan 2014-2018. Over 800 of you responded and we received a fascinating range of ideas and suggestions from all over the world. The results are very interesting and will act as a guide for the implementation of our new Strategic Plan. According to the responses, most members think that 'skill development/training courses', 'a knowledge management system' and 'national level capacity development activities' are the top three most valuable mechanisms for the IWA to develop in order to help support the continued professionalization of the sector.
