Amdocs Launches OSS Solution for LTE

Amdocs has unveiled an automated operational support systems (OSS) planning and design solution, enabling service providers to reduce the design time for new base stations and optimize configuration for LTE, 4G, and 3G networks. It cuts base-station design times by up to 90%, with the usage of pre-configured, automated design processes; reduces capital expenditure by up to 10%; and decreases redesigns by up to 50%. It also support 3G, 3.5G, and 4G/LTE network technologies, and works well with almost all cell-site and transmission equipment.
