Huawei and ChinaSoft Establish JV

Huawei and ChinaSoft International have signed a contract to establish a joint venture (JV) company specializing in the software outsourcing business. According to the contract, ChinaSoft International will hold 60% of the joint venture with Huawei having the 40% share. Huawei is an important client of ChinaSoft International's outsourcing business. The vast experience of both companies can contribute in creating a new, top-ranking software outsourcing company. Dr Chen Yuhong, chairman and CEO, Chinasoft International will be the chairman of the the new JV company.
