At a time when on one hand we see significant consolidation and job losses in telecom sector; on the other hand we also see operators, telecom technology players, equipment/handset vendors & manufacturers, and software & apps players gearing up for digital telecom and emerging technologies including 5G, loT, Al, M2M, VR, Robotics, et al start to get centre stage.
