The SU1024LDM linescan camera features 1024-pixel imaging in the shortwave infrared (SWIR). Its square pixels are suitable for inspec tion of polished silicon blocks, ingots, or wafers, hot glass bottles, and for use on continuous process lines that apply transparent coatings, which can be seen in the SWIR spectral region. The square pixel design ensures that pixel height is sharply defined by a metal mask for improved uniformity of response and measure ment accuracy. The camera features a 14-bit Base Camera Link interface, flexible triggering, and line rates up to 46,000 per second for its 1024-pixel width.
