HARDY Exploration & Production India (HEPI) has further delayed the bid submission date until mid-June for a floating production vessel for its PY-3 field in the Cauvery basin off India's east coast. Bids for the floating production vessel were earlier due for submission during the first quarter of this year, but the submission has been delayed on a number of occasions due to the coronavirus outbreak and low oil prices, two people familiar with the tender process told Upstream.
