Gladstone LNG gas diverted

A fall in liquefied natural gas demand has seen the Santos-led Gladstone LNG (GLNG) joint venture agree to divert additional gas to Australia's east coast domestic market. Australian company Senex Energy revealed this week that it would reduce gas supply from its Roma North development to GLNG by approximately 1 petajoule between June and August, with GLNG citing lower liquefied natural gas offtake requirements from its Queensland export facility.
