THE Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has agreed to abide by the central government's pledge to curb Iraq's crude production as part of the Opec+ agreement to stabilise oil markets. "We discussed the issue of oil production both in the Kurdistan Region and the whole of Iraq within the framework of the agreement between the Opec members and the countries outside Opec," Iraq's Oil Minister Thamir al Ghadhban said at a news conference with Kurdish officials last weekend.
