Jubilarians: Klaus Fehlemann and Manfred Bandmann

Dortmund's former municipal director Klaus Fehlemann has just celebrated his 75th birthday, and the STUVA wishes to extend hearty congratulations. From 2003 to 2007, the trained architect Fehlemann contributed to the positive development of our organisation as a member of the STUVA board. In 2007, Fehlemann was appointed an honorary board member by the STUVA General Assembly, Consequently, the former head of the city building department has still continued to provide the STUVA with advice in an honorary capacity. The STUVA would also like to wish Prof. Manfred Bandmann all the best on the occasion of his 70th birthday. During his lengthy professional career, his spells as managing-director of the GB Bau and as president of the German Road Safety Council largely determined transport policy in this country.The honours he has received include the Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
