Mercedes-Benz's New Actros was voted Fleet Truck of the Year at the Motor Transport Awards 2014. Mercedes trucks have won four times in the last decade: 2004, 2007 and 2011 for the Axor and now New Actros. Shortlisted rivals were from Scania and Volvo. Fiat's Doblo Cargo -1,800 of which have been taken by BT Openreach in the Maxi van guise - has beaten a strong field to win the Fleet Van of the Year prize for its body styles and engines, towing and load capacities and low fuel usage.
