High Court air quality ruling: industry demands government support

New incentives are urgently required to encourage fleet operators to update their HGVs or switch to alternative fuels. So says the FTA (Freight Transport Association) in the wake of last month's High Court ruling that the UK's clean air strategy does not go far enough. ClientEarth took the government to the Supreme Court in April 2015, and ministers were then instructed to come up with improved proposals.
