Wiltshire IRTE Centre welcomes West of England Traffic Commissioner Kevin Rooney

IRTE Wiltshire Centre welcomed West of England Traffic Commissioner Kevin Rooney (pictured, right) to present to members and guests at the Kings Arms Hotel in Melksham in March. Kevin told the audience how his background as a qualified engineer led him firstly to the Department for Transport to develop vehicle safety policy, before moving to Vehicle Inspectorate and VOSA. He was the Traffic Commissioner for the north east of England from 2012 to 2017.
