MAN's irte gift for apprentices

MAN Truck & Bus UK Ltd announced that they will complement their innovative apprenticeship scheme by enrolling apprentices into SOE membership. All apprentices from the start of their second year will join the IRTE Professional Sector, with MAN covering all membership subs throughout the programme that is set to run for four years.rnOn completion of the apprenticeship scheme, MAN will further boost their newly qualified technicians' careers by giving them another year's IRTE membership. In total, the company will provide four years' IRTE membership for their trainees, whilst offering all first year apprentices the industry-leading magazine, Transport Engineer, to give them a feel for the industry at large as well as the Society. In addition, qualified technicians will be eligible for an irtec licence, reinforcing the training they have received.
