ew present the results of experimental studies on four types of waveriders: wedge wing, caret wing, idealized cone-derived waverider and general cone- derived waverider. The experiments were conducted under the condition of a free stream Mach number of 5.5 and a unit Reynolds number of 4.34x10~6/m. It is shown that a cross flow is not observed and a parallel/conical flow is Realized on the compression surfaces in all types of waveriders at on-design Conditions.
