摘要

In this paper unsteady periodic response of pressure instrumentation connected through long, thin capillary tubes is studied experimentally. The amount of signal deformation is compared with the theoretical results obtained integrating numerically a non-linear partial differential equation of parabolic type, Ducoffe's equation. A new method of estimating the original periodic pressure signals from the deformed ones measured at the end of capillary tubes is proposed.
