User/task analysis: its approach and implications

The results of the tests clearly indicate that the CBT programme is on its way to becoming an effective learning tool for users. Instructional materials have been redesigned, inconsistencies in the programme have been eliminated, explicit instructions for answering questions have been provided, and book-marking capabilities have been incorporated. This is a great step toward making sure the programme can be used both effectively and efficiently.
