Target-setting and self-improvement are the mantras not only of thousands of clients of a UK health and fitness club, but also of many of its 3,500 employees. Rather than offering vacancies to people outside the company, Cannons Health & Fitness Ltd wanted to create a system that would offer existing team members the chance to obtain training awards while developing their skills within the company.
