Each year Swindon Borough Council has to renew its commitment to the Wiltshire & Swindon Road Safety Partnership which in turn is responsible for Wiltshire & Swindon Safety Camera Partnership. This year, instead of giving this agenda item the nod, the lead member of the Council asked whether Swindon was getting good value for its investment.
