UPDATED PASSIVE REVOLUTION GUIDELINES TO BE PUBLISHED NEXT YEAR

In April this year The Passive Revolution Guidelines were published as a draft for comment. This was a private sector initiative aimed, it was said at the time, to fill a gaping hole in guidance coming from central government to local authorities.rnThe Guidelines were published by The Passive Revolution and were widely distributed with many people picking up the document at Traffex. The consultation period is now closed and the current plan is to launch a revised document either at a national event, probably late April or early May 2010 or at a series of regional seminars.
