2008's enactment of the UK Climate Change Act, and the imminence of the December 2009 COP 15 UN Climate Change Summit in Copenhagen, Denmark, make this the perfect time to launch ITS UK's latest working group, the Carbon Working Group, said founder Keith McCabe at its first outing in September. Keith, a principal consultant, ITS in Atkins' Highways and Transportation Division, was introducing it at the autumn meeting of ITS UK's Smart Environment Interest Group.rnPriorities, he said, include:rn1.
