MVA consultancy is to carry out a study focused on HGVs travelling through the London borough of Harrow. The work will involve site observation surveys and data collection and consultation with businesses to examine the scale of unsuitable HGV routing problems in identified areas of the borough. The suitability of directional signage will be reviewed and improvement measures to help reduce goods vehicle miles and inappropriate routing will be proposed.
