ITS Directive - what we need is some clarity

During the summer months when everyone supposed that Brussels was on holiday, the ITS Directive slipped into force. It is here to stay and what everyone wants to know is what this means for the UK's traffic management community. Some answers, hopefully, will be provided at the UTMC Annual Conference in Liverpool in December. Magda Kopczynska, Head of Unit, Clean Transport, Urban Transport, and Intelligent Transport Systems, DG MOVE, is coming to the conference and she will be talking about the ITS Action Plan and Directive.
