The Project Centre has won a four year framework agreement with Watford Borough Council to give consultancy support for traffic engineering and parking projects. Initially both Watford and Three Rivers Council will use the agreement enabling Project Centre to supply these services to the county council and all of the local authorities in Hertfordshire, The framework agreement extends Project Centre's association with Watford Borough Council where they recently assisted the council in delivering the Cassiobury controlled parking zone.
