User Groups - use them or you may lose out

It was the late 70/80s and several UTC customers of the same supplier happened to be chatting in a pub. They discovered that far from being the only customer with a fault, which is what the supplier had told them, they all were experiencing the same problem. Richard Berry, now the Chairman of the Siemens UTC User Group and the COMET User Group, says that they realised there was some merit in joining forces and presenting a unified front. The concept of the User Group was born.
