CB merges with SKM

Colin Buchanan & Partners, the transport planning consultancy founded by Sir Colin Buchanan in 1964, is to merge with projects firm Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM). In the European and Chinese markets, the new organisation will be known as SKM Colin Buchanan. Andreas Markides, Colin Buchanan chairman, says the two companies already have experience of working together through their collaboration on a number of opportunities. 'We now look forward to providing that stronger, joint capability to all our clients.'
