A new framework agreement for Traffic Management Technology, which will provide all public sector customers with a quick and efficient route to market and save time, money and resources in the procurement process, has been developed by Buying Solutions.Buying Solutions, part of the Cabinet Office's Efficiency and Reform Group, is the national procurement partner for all UK public sector services. Its role is to deliver best value by aggregating demand, managing the OJEU procurement process and provide ongoing management of framework agreements and other procurement arrangements.
