摘要

On the basis of the result of the risk assessment of a logistics alliance, this paper summarises the main factors which influence the risk of logistics alliance. Then, the thesis sets up a two-stage of four types of logistics alliance risk assessment index system, which includes four aspects such as market risk, cooperative relationship risk, ability risk, information and management risk, and these risks contained eleven evaluation indexes. We have also built a logistics alliance partner selection model which is based on the BP neural network analysis method and sample training and case analysis, are studied by using the MATLAB software. The results show that profit distribution, information sharing, trust degree are the most important secondary indexes affecting logistics alliance risk.
