Workplace rage: when anger erupts into violence

Road rage is an every-day occurrence on American streets and highways. It often leads to homicide as, increasingly, motorists who feel they have been treated shabbily by "in-your-face" drivers have gone berserk. Many motorists, upset at being cut off on their morning drive to work, or elbowed and jostled on public transportation, are carrying their resentment into the office and factory and taking their anger out on fellow employees.
