The results of measures taken to reduce discharges of oily waste water from the Krasnoyarsk TETs-2 cogeneration station by changing the technology and operating conditions of the equipment installed in the boiler and turbine departments are described. Possible ways of reducing still further the discharges are explored. Three versions of a technological scheme for purifying the oily discharges encountered under field conditions are proposed, which were verified experimentally at laboratory. The process parameters are recommended for conducting the treatment of wastewater for different users of the purified water.
