Problems of Improving the Efficiency of Community Thermal Engineering Based on the Example of Buildings in the Housing and Communal Services of Moscow's Central District

摘要

The results from analyzing the thermohydraulic regimes of heating system operation and the efficiency of energy use in buildings are presented. Examples of energy audits of buildings and heat networks in different districts and an assessment for installing systems that measure energy use in the communal services of Moscow are given. The reasons for the appearance of energy imbalances in the distribution systems of thermal energy supply are considered and general approaches for eliminating them are proposed.
