摘要

It is shown that the water chemistry at thermal power plants can best be improved by introducing systems for monitoring their chemical engineering. A distinctive feature of these systems is that they incorporate software products developed around mathematical models that allow probable malfunctions in water chemistry to be predicted and make sound recommendations to chemical department personnel on how to minimize their aftereffects.
