A Comprehensive Approach to Determination of the Remaining Service Life of Steam Lines at Thermal Power Stations

We present a technique (developed at AO ORGRES and being used in practice) that allows the most-stressed elements of steam lines to be revealed, taking into account the effect from all loading factors. We also propose a systems approach for evaluating the remaining service life of the main elements of heat-generating and mechanical equipment.
