Modernization of mass-exchange equipment by new packings in chemical engineering

摘要

The solution of the topical problem on the modernization of the industrial mass-exchange equipment at enterprises of the petrochemical complex using the Inzhekhim contact packings has been considered. The hydraulic and mass-exchange characteristics of packings and comparison with counterparts are given. Research and development projects on the contact units of rectification and absorption equipment and their adoption at some industrial facilities in Russia are presented. The commercialization results of increasing the quality of the product, productivity, as well as saving energy costs, are given.
