PolyFormes: software for the declarative modelling of polyhedra

This article describes PolyFormes, which is CAD software for creating semiregular polyhedra (also called uniform polyhedra). PolyFormes is based on mechanisms of ex- Pert systems. Polynhedra are produced by Declarative means that give only high-level Descriptions. If a description is incomplete, All the polyhedra responding to the descrip- Tion are given by PolyFormes.
