As pointed out by TUT (n°78) in its last issue of December 2010, The European Community Registration for Evaluation and Authorization and Restriction for using Chemical Substances, came into effect on the first January 2011. From now on this European Regulation imposes to producers to declare their productions and importations over 1,000 tons Reach introduced to record 30,000 chemical substances. Where are we now?
