The BP2 site is located is at Canary Wharf on the Isle of Dogs in London's Docklands. It lies along the northern edge of Canary Wharf over the former West India Import Dock, the second of four plots to the east of the Bellmouth Passage in an area called Blackwall Place from which the plots derive their name. Bounded by One Churchill Place (Barclays) to the west, 20 Churchill Place (State Street) to the south, Cartier Circle to the south east and the Great Water Wharf passage to the north the site parcel is approximately 4690m~2.
