Retired talent wanted as mentors

Yorkshire's retired civil and structured engineers are being called upon to pass on their knowledge and expertise to guide and mentor the next generation of talent. Skipton-based civil and structural engineering consultancy Paul Waite Associates, which specialises in complex residential, commercial and leisure projects, is spearheading the new mentoring initiative believed to be unique in the engineering industry.
