The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (The HKIE) has installed Ir Prof Reuben Chu Pui-kwan, a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers, as the 36th President forrnSession 2010/2011. The ceremony was performed at The HKIE 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 28 June 2010.rnThe newly installed President is committed to working hand in hand with members to achieve their common goals for the benefit and advancement of the Institution and the community.
