Adept Scientific has added to its data acquisition product range with the Tag4M WiFi sensor tag from US company Cores Electronic based in Austin, Texas. The new tag takes advantage of RHD and the latest developments in internet technology to introduce a new concept in measurement and analysis: the 'instrumentation cloud'.rnWireless hardware has been freed from the confines of cabling and the software is no longer relegated to a specific PC. Instead, measurement front ends connect to the internet and a web page becomes the instrument by which users can access from any web surfing device including mobile phones, Blackberrys and iPhones.
