During his recent visit to the UK Chapter, President Ir. Dr Andrew Chan (pictured right) of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers gave a presentation on 'Development Projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China' to a packed audience at a joint meeting with the Institution's North Thames Branch and ICE London Region.
