The Concast Precast Group has completed a composite precast and steel total frame solution for a three-storey Waitrose in the High Street, Sevenoaks, Kent in just 12 weeks. An existing Waitrose was completely demolished to make way for a new store with two new floors of lower level car parking. The main contractor, RG Carter Projects, chose precast for the car park in order to shorten the construction programme, reduce future maintenance costs and eliminate columns to facilitate customer parking.
