Reading's Enterprise Centre opens on campus

Thomasons, consulting civil and structural engineers, has further strengthened its portfolio, with the opening of the University of Reading's new eco-friendly Enterprise Centre. The 55 000ft2 building is situated on the University's main campus, Whiteknights and will serve as a base for early stage and growing technology-based businesses and innovations. Thomasons was brought in to help the University in its drive to champion sustainability and has since designed the foundations, sub-ground drainage and external works, as well as providing the specification and inspection of construction on site.
