Awards continued...

In my last editorial I focused on the Institution Awards and I pleased to say that this theme continues into this latest issue. Winner of the 2010 'Model and Full Scale Testing Award' Ralph Pelly (University of Bath) has produced a short report on the structural behaviour of earthbag construction entitled: 'Plastic limit analysis of earthbag structures' which can be found on page 14.
