Bristol basement carpark isolated from harbour

Sika Watertight Concrete was chosen to ensure that the basement car park at Finzels Reach will remain dry. The major new ￡255M development being built in Bristol City centre for HDG Mansur on the old Courage Brewery site on the banks of Bristol's floating harbour, will incorporate 399 luxury apartments, over 300 000ft2 of 'Grade A' office space and around 90 000ft2 of shops, restaurants and cafes set in a landscaped public area.
