Bespoke roof for rural Suffolk residences

A series of large detached residences designed by Design Republic Ltd in Westley, Suffolk, near Bury St Edmunds, has been constructed using a combination of large trussed timber rafters and glulam beams. Supplied by Trussed Rafter Association (TRA) member, Ridgeons Timber Engineering Solutions, the company undertook the design, manufacture and erection of the complex roof structures for the property on behalf of Salmons Brothers, the main contractor.
